New Year's 2006

First of all, Blogger STILL drives me crazy! Anyhow, that's not what this post is about though. This pic is of me and my friend...we'll call her "cute mom". Bubba and I went down to So.Cal for New Years this year. This is where the majority of our friends are. Every couple months or so, I have to go down there to remind myself that I do have friends and I'm not really the loser that I think I am. We had a grand ole time! My 2 friends and I (she's not pictured here cuz she's due to pop anyday and she'd kill me if I posted a pic of her very prego!) went to see The Family Stone and then we went to dinner at the most yummiest Italian resturaunts, Maggiano's. Oh yeah, our hubby's were there too. They went to see another movie though. The food is almost orgasmic....it's that good! We wrung in the New Year with everyone else at the resturaunt. It was a very mellow evening and it was just wonderful! I'm a pretty low-key homebody so it was just perfect!!
