So, the above picture is Brad's feet in the Bahamas. That's where we finally decided to go for our mini free vacation. This is our first day there. And, the first day was the best weather the whole time we were there. As you can tell, it wasn't that great that day anyway. The rest of our trip consisted of crazy winds and rain. We managed to go scuba diving the day there was no rain even though it was cold and crazy windy. Before we left I was worried about how fat and white I am, but then decided "who cares, I'm married." Turned out I worried for nothing cuz the weather was sooo crappy I didn't have to torture everyone by showing my fat ass in my bathing suit. Gone is my Winter Break and now I'm back in school. Blah!!!

This beauty is Bubba and I on Christmas Day. Not sure what Brad had in his mouth at the time, but he obviously felt it necessary to show all what he was eating. We had a grand old time in So. Cal. with the families for the holiday. On Dec. 28th Bubba and I officially finished and turned in all of our adoption paperwork. We are officially waiting now. Waiting to be "picked". I consider this my "pregnancy". Granted it may be a two year "pregnancy", but oh well, it's my time now.

all i know is i clicked on that last picture and Brads tongue does not look good. this means you get to be a total brat to brad demanding food and crying at any moment. don't forget naps and shopping cuz nothing fits...you deserve the fun and he deserves the anguish too.
Congratulations on finishing all that paperwork!!
Tan fat definitely looks better than white fat!
Thanks for the phone call on my "BIG DAY!" Love ya!!!!!!
HOLLY! I miss you! I stink at posting and checking even blogs sometimes...
Fun to catch up. Shane filled me in a bit too. Can't wait to hear more on the adoption...what is it, elephants are pregnant for, like 18 months, think of yourself as an elephant!
I'm not really even sure how to explain why I am leaving a comment on your page. I am friends with Shane and Juli Hull and your name has come up in conversation from time to time. See, for a while there, Shane thought I was crazy. Really crazy. He didn't understand why I was so crazy until you told him about how hard trying to get pregnant was for you. My husband and I tried for years and years (and 5 rounds of back to back IVF) to have a baby, and the hormones were in full force! Hence why Shane thought I was crazy. So I guess I just wanted to say thank you for helping Shane see the light. :P I feel so weird leaving you a message but I am strangely aware of how parallel our lives must be. Good luck with everything with the adoption. Enjoy your "pregnancy"!
bummer the bahamas were crappy weather, but hey you were in the bahamas right? glad to hear you are closer to adoption. that is exciting!
Best of luck with the adoption papers! :)
I'm all for adoption. :)
